Our counselling services are provided by trained professional counsellors and psychotherapists, they provide a safe and confidential space for you to talk about your concerns and issues, and help you explore your thoughts, feelings and behaviours so you can develop a better understanding of yourself and others. They will help you find your own solutions, making effective changes in your life or finding ways of coping with your problems.

A counsellor can help with:

a mental health condition, such as depression, anxiety or an eating disorder
an upsetting physical health condition
a difficult life event, such as a bereavement, a relationship breakdown or work-related stress
difficult emotions – for example, low self-esteem or anger
other issues

Our counselling services are available to individuals of Chinese heritage living in Wales, with priority given to children, young people, unpaid carers, vulnerable adults, and older people.
