Several institutions, partners and more than 3 thousand members across the country trust our work.

My health is very poor. Seeking medical help is a constant challenge and on top of that our daily life matters also cause us a lot of problems.

I receive a lot of letters from NHS and council departments etc. I need help in translating the letters to me, and to sort out what is requested of me by these letters.

The staff at CIWA is very attentive and caring, they always do their best to help to sort out our problems. We really need an organisation like CIWA to help us get on with our lives.

The greatest support is that CIWA has helped us to overcome the struggle in us, and the helplessness we have towards the healthcare system.

I have been living in Wales for over 10 years with 2 children.

I bought a car that had some problems and I didn’t know how to sort it out. This matter dragged on for some time, my friend did try to help but didn’t get anywhere as we really didn’t know who to turn to.

In the end, we thought that we could come to CIWA to ask for some advice to help us solve this problem.

Yes, it’s only when I came to CIWA that I learned so much about buying a car, and the things I should have been aware of.

CIWA organised activities and published information that has increased our knowledge, this is very useful to us.

A big thank you to CIWA.

I have been living in Swansea for 6-7years, there are five of us in my family.

We received a letter on December 8th to tell us that, we have to move out of the property we were placed in before our legal status by the 14th December.

It was so rushed, excluding the weekend, we only got four days to move out. We weren’t told where to move to and had no idea who to ask for advice and help.

Since I came to CIWA and you put me in contact with Housing Options for my eviction issue. Knowing that I have the right to 28 days notice, made me feel better and gave me some peace of mind.

Through CIWA, I am able to grasp what is happening and what I can do. You helped me by contacting people on our behalf and explained to me what was happening and what to expect.

You kept me in the loop when you were asking the person in charge on our behalf and I clearly knew what was happening and that was really important because it gave me peace of mind and reduced a lot of stress.

I didn’t feel like I was fighting a battle on my own. With CIWA beside me, I felt stronger and able to face all the challenges that were in front of me.

We are struggling as a family due to a lot of difficulties we face everyday such as financial matters, insurances, welfare benefits etc.

Not being able to speak English makes everything worse, and not having the skills to seek help or advice on the internet means we cannot access any help.

Because I can’t sort these difficulties out, it is bothering me and my family, it causes us a lot of stress at home.

CIWA helps us by interpreting the documents that we don’t understand, and also helps us to explain many matters by searching online for us to access help and advice.

There are many daily issues that can cause a lot of problems and we need CIWA’s help in many ways.
