Our counselling services are provided by trained professional counsellors and psychotherapists, they provide a safe and confidential space for you to talk about your concerns and issues, and help you explore your thoughts, feelings and behaviours so you can develop a better understanding of yourself and others. They will help you find your own solutions, making effective changes in your life or finding ways of coping with your problems.

 

Our counselling services are available and free to all range of Chinese ethnic in Wales including children, young people, adults and older people. Please use the referral form below to register for the services.

A counsellor can help with:

  • a mental health condition, such as depression, anxiety or an eating disorder
  • an upsetting physical health condition
  • a difficult life event, such as a bereavement, a relationship breakdown or work-related stress
  • difficult emotions – for example, low self-esteem or anger
  • other issues
