CIWA hosted a Tai Chi family activity on the 17th August at Swansea Wellbeing Centre and it attracted many children and parents to attend. They learnt basic and fun Tai Chi movement with their parents. We received positive feedback from the children!

I enrolled on a course of Tai Chi whilst living in London but I perceived straightaway that this tutor was superior to my previous. She managed the combination of adults and children in class really well, was charismatic and explained all moves safely and clearly.Afterwards I experienced a feeling of relaxation and wellbeing without feeling strained.  I hope to enrol on future courses offered & will recommend this highly to my clients.

I loved the session as it was a great opportunity to spend time with my kids, we had a good laugh.

My boys said:

“I felt calm, stretchy and floppy. I liked it and will join again if there are more sessions. I particularly enjoyed the lion and the monkey moves.”

华协于8月17日在Swansea Wellbeing Centre举办一场太极亲子活动。当天吸引力不少孩子和家长来参与。孩子与家长共同完成简单的太极动作,还获得了孩子们的好评。
