According to Chinese tradition and culture, we greet each other with Good Health during the Chinese New Year, because nothing is more important than having a healthy body in the whole world! More importantly, when our community members are healthy, it can ease the pressure on the NHS. So, we started off the Year of the Rabbit with the Tuina & Massage Workshop for our community.

We invited Doctor Fu to explain the importance of blood circulation for our health and taught the participants how to do Tuina & Massage themselves at home or anywhere when they do not feel well by pressing or massaging on the key acute points to stimulate blood circulation. If the blood circulation is flowing well, body aches will disappear!

As you can see in the pictures, all were serious about it and learned well!
