On 20 May, our community gathering turned into an extraordinarily special celebration! We were honored to host a surprise 90th birthday party for one of our cherished members, whose family joined us with a delicious homemade cake. The room was filled with joy, warmth, and laughter as everyone sang the Cantonese birthday song together.
Alongside the festivities, we held a practical Digital Inclusion session aimed at helping older participants master basic smartphone functions—easing technology-related anxiety, building confidence, and keeping everyone connected.
We wrapped up the afternoon with our signature chair dancing and group singing routines, which have become true staples of our gatherings. It is wonderful to see our group continue to expand, and we extend a warm welcome to all the new friends who joined us!
