CIWA aims to have ongoing activities on the weekend, encouraging children and young people to get active, improving physical fitness and releasing mental stress.
Playing sports helps you stay in shape and reduces anxiety and negative mood. In addition, badminton allows you to play with a few people, helping you meet new friends and improving current relationships!
