Dancing improves mood, increases energy levels and releases endorphins which make people feel better about themselves.

One study showed dancing for just 25 minutes reduced the symptoms of depression by 47 percent and dancing for 45 minutes reduced the symptoms of anxiety by 57 percent.

Our intense rigorous Chinese dance classes led by skilful tutor had everyone sweating and in high spirits. The group danced to a well-known classic song tiānyá gēnǚ, mixing traditional Chinese dance with modern moves, it is beautifully choreographed by our dance tutor Eva.

We had total beginners and experience performers, but there was no barriers as everyone danced harmoniously together; art truly is the greatest ice breaker.
