About the heating subsidy for the 23/24 fiscal year
**Low-income households**
The Welsh Government has not announced any heating subsidy for low-income households this year. Please be informed!

**Elderly people (aged 66 and over)**
As in previous years, eligible people (i.e. elderly people who enjoy a minimum living security pension or special allowance) will automatically receive a winter heating subsidy.

You should receive letters in the next two months telling you how much subsidy you will receive, which will be paid in installments between November and January of the following year. If you have not received the corresponding subsidy by January 26, 2024, please contact a welfare specialist to assist you in applying.

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact WeChat or call (01792) 469919 / 07309722122 for consultation.
