CIWA hosted Children’s Tai Chi & Qi Gong sessions at the Terrace Road Primary School on 7th July and 17th July. The students had very strong learning skills as they learnt a few basic Tai Chi and Qi Gong movements. They were really enjoying the sessions with Suzanne.
