On 27 July, participants in our 50+ Summer Coast Scheme gathered in Swansea for an afternoon of creative expression, outdoor movement, and shared reflection.

Soaked in perfect summer weather, the group enjoyed a scenic photowalk through the beautiful grounds of Singleton Park, capturing moments of nature and connection along the path. Following the walk, attendees took part in a guided gratitude workshop, sharing what brings them appreciation and peace during the summer season.

A Community Effort

Gatherings like this rely on wonderful local support. We extend our sincere thanks to Brynmill Coffee House for keeping everyone refreshed with delicious drinks and snacks, and to Swansea Council for providing the support necessary to deliver these meaningful wellbeing activities to our local community.
