Yingzi Song
About
Chinese Soprano Yingzi Song gained Master’s degree in Vocal Performance at RWCMD, studying with Prof.Nuccia Focile and Rhiannon Pritchard. In China, she performed regularly for OperaTea series at Tianqiao Theatre in Beijing. She has attended masterclasses with Dame.Felicity Lott, Elaine Kidd, Della Jones, James Gilchrist, Christine Cairns among many others. She has won a global Silver Prize from the Wettbewerbe der Deutschen Philharmonie. Recent performances include a solo concert at the Shanghai Concert Hall, a recital with Prof.Michael Young. Operatic experiences include Despina with orchestra at Arte Lirica Festival in Asolo, Italy; Papagena in RWCMD opera scenes; and Barbarina with Debut Opera and Horizon Orchestra.
